The role
- Own the financial strategy, planning and reporting function across the group.
- Partner with the CEO and Board on capital strategy, M&A and investor relations.
- Build and lead a world-class finance team across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strengthen governance, controls and ERP systems to support next phase of growth.
What you'll bring
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA) with 15+ years of progressive experience.
- Proven CFO or Deputy CFO experience in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment.
- Strong track record with private equity, capital raises or IPO readiness.
- Prior GCC or international experience strongly preferred.
