Requirements for sponsorship
- A role at RQF Level 3 or above — nearly all engineering roles qualify.
- Salary at or above £38,700 or the going rate for the SOC code, whichever is higher.
- English at CEFR B1 (a degree taught in English is normally sufficient evidence).
- A Certificate of Sponsorship from a licensed Worker-route sponsor.
- Demonstrable production experience — portfolio, GitHub or system design examples help.
