Requirements for sponsorship
- Care experience (paid or supervised placement) — typically 6–12 months.
- English at CEFR B1: IELTS 4.0 in each component, or an accepted equivalent.
- Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references covering the last 3 years.
- A Certificate of Sponsorship from a licensed Health and Care sponsor.
- Care Certificate (or willingness to complete it during induction).

How the application works
- Submit your CV. Send a UK-format CV listing care duties, shift patterns and any NVQ/Care Certificate units.
- Screening call. A Gobblex consultant checks your eligibility against the going rate for SOC 6135.
- Employer interview. Usually a 30-minute video interview covering safeguarding, dignity and manual handling.
- Certificate of Sponsorship. The employer assigns your CoS through the Sponsor Management System.
