All services are subject to separate agreements where applicable. These terms govern your general use of our website and initial engagement.

4. Candidate obligations

By registering with us or submitting your CV, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your qualifications, experience, and eligibility to work.
  • Inform us promptly of any changes to your circumstances or availability.
  • Not misrepresent your skills, qualifications, or immigration status.
  • Co-operate with interviews, assessments, and documentation requests.

5. Fees

For candidates: Our recruitment services to job seekers are free of charge. We are compensated by our employer partners.

For employers: Fees for talent sourcing and recruitment services are set out in our separate service agreements.

6. No guarantee of placement

While we strive to find suitable opportunities for every candidate, we do not guarantee job placement, visa approval, or specific salary levels. All employment offers are subject to the employer's recruitment process and terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Gobblex Recruiter or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Website use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
